We had a very stubborn clogged kitchen drain. The technician arrived when expected, maybe a little before. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Questions were answered and suggestions were made to help prevent the problem in the future. JW was very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely friendly. There were no up-charges from the original estimate. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of the service.

I had a level 3 flood in April of 2022 which was remediated by the Roto Rooter franchise for St. George in southern Utah. When the work was completed and I was inspecting the 30 page 30K invoice, I noticed discrepancies. As an example, there were charges for the crew wearing level 3 protective masks throughout the week of remediation. I was physically present and directly observed they were not wearing masks. My efforts to shine a light on this and other discrepancies and argue for an adjustment were ignored. So if you find yourself in the middle of a flood in the wee hours of the morning, there are many other remediation companies that you can call. I urge you to do so.
