Tommy did great work on my boat seats, but he promised me they would be completed in 3 weeks and it took him 15 weeks! He is one of the worst communicators that I have ever worked with and broke multiple promises to me. He had all kinds of excuses, the worst being that his wife had surgery for a brain tumor during this time. If that is true, I sympathize with him, however his broken promises started way before her surgery and it seems to be a pattern with him based on the reviews of others in 2024. He doesn't respond to texts or phone messages and will never initiate contact for updates. The only way that I finally got action was to contact the Washington City Police Department who threatened to arrest him for fraud if he didn't return my seats to me within 7 days. Once this call by the police was made, I had them within 72 hours. In my case, his quality was good, but his integrity is severely lacking.

SCAMMER. TNT .. TommyTrotter took my chairs on 10/7/2024 to upholster. He said he could complete them in 7 days. He also required a deposit, he took $800.00 for the work in advance. Well... it is now 1/12/2025 and I still do not have my chairs back or my $800.00. Trotter either doesn't answer phone calls orkeep his promises to return the chairs momentarily. He has taken my $800.00 and my chairs. I would NEVER recomend him to anyone. Others have said the samethings in their reviews in early 2024. The rave reviews he has are in 2023, I don't know what happened in 2024 to him. He has lied, taken my money and my chairs...BEWARE. I would like to add photos of his workmanship but I don't have the chairs to photograph.

High quality professional work. I was extremely impressed with the high grade craftsmanship of the boat cover that Trotta created. He finished in a timely manner in 107 degree heat. I will definitely be using his business again.

Fails to deliver on product ! Now saying he has lost the seat !!

In early January I gave Tommy a $1000 deposit to order and install replacement leather seat skins for my "05" Dodge Ram. Over the last 5 months he made and broke 5 appointments to complete the install. Each successive broken appointment came with an even more fantastic excuse and promises to do "right " by me! A month ago, he promised to return my deposit and after a number of calls and excuses, I still haven't received the check. Now he's "ghosting" me! I am filing a consumer fraud complaint and exploring other options to seek compensation.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I had the floor in my motor home completely distroyed by.this guy. Mismatched carpet with incomplete shoddy work. There's a big patch in the middle of the hallway. It took over four months to do the worst looking job I've ever seen. It looks like when a 16 year old carpets their van and does a bad job!

his workmanship is so bad, I had to have the work done over in another shop. Was told 6 weeks it took him 6 months to finish.

Tommy (owner) is so knowledgable and professional about his work. Did a great job replacing my spa cover. Good customer service.

I am so glad I found TNT Upholstery here in St. George. I went to another upholstery shop here in town to check on pricing and the customer service was horrible. I then happen to see TNT Upholstery from the freeway and went in to ask about pricing and to explain what I wanted. Tommy was amazing and was so helpful and a really good guy. He educated me and worked with me on pricing. The job he did was excellent and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend TNT Upholstery and make sure you ask for Tommy (the owner).
