The biggest problem is that Red Rock will tell you the house will be done within so many weeks of the date it's delivered, but what they really mean (and this is consistent with all the people I've talked to who have bought from them, so don't let them convince you otherwise) is it will be MONTHS, and that's only if you badger them weekly. Over the course of those months, if you go in and tell them there are problems or things missing, Red Rock's first response is "that's not our problem, it's the factory's problem, " but it turns out that at least 50% of the stuff IS their problem. Customer service is nearly non-existent and Champion's homes are EXTREMELY LOW quality, so I don't recommend the retailer or the manufacturer. Top that off with such high site work prices that you really don't save anything over stick-built homes, and I wouldn't do this again.
