The Lemmon Team performed well beyond expectations, and expectations were high to begin with. Rand provided incredible insight that was instrumental in making the sale in just a couple of days after being officially listed, assisted in choosing a buyer that was well prepared to qualify and close the sale on time, and offered to assist at every step along the way. The one time he was unavailable to answer questions, Nancy stepped in seamlessly and kept the ball rolling along toward a successful sale. Given the opportunity to buy or sell in the future, the Lemmon Team would be first on my list. You won't be sorry for choosing them to represent you!
