I took my car in for a simple mountain balance I brought my own tires which I'm assuming tick them off because they weren't going to make money off of tire sale but that's besides the point they mounted the tires correctly they did put the directionals on going the wrong way on two of them not that big of a deal but they cross threaded one of the studs gave the car back to me that way without acknowledging it or fixing it and then when I noticed it they refused to give me a refund they wanted to fix it themselves I told them absolutely you're not there's no way I'm trusting you guys with fixing it and all I wanted was my money back and studs to replace it some lug nuts and everything to just be the way I left it with them Eric bracken blocked me on Facebook after bringing the issue to his attention without any sort of insult I don't trust this guy nobody in St George should trust this shop or Eric bracken He's a thief he refuses to give me a refund If I wasn't able to do this repair myself I'd be forced to either trust him with doing a lengthy repair that I do not trust him with or I would be stuck in a position of paying a different shop who actually knows what they're doing to take on the job fortunately I know what I'm doing and the only reason I had my car in their shop was for a tire mounting which not many people can do in their own personal garage in conclusion just don't trust these guys don't trust Eric Bracken
