Company Description

Dale Sessions - Southern Utah's Attorney. Dale previously served as an
Administrative Law judge for the State of Utah. He enjoyed many years
teaching at Southern Utah University as an adjunct professor in the
Business Law and Paralegal programs. Experienced lawyer. Experience with
Divorce, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Family, and Child Custody. He is a
past president of the Southern Utah Bar Association and served for many
years on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education board of directors for
the Utah Bar Association under the direction of the Utah Supreme Court. He
is currently a member of the Sutherland Inn Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
Also, he currently serves Cedar City, St. George, Beaver, Kanab, and
Panguitch communities.
