On April 25 we were given a work order for a new power connection. On May 20 a contract and all fees were hand delivered to your office and we were told power would connected within 10 working days. Today is the11th working day and we still have no power. Evidently Customer Service at Rocky Mountain Power is an oxymoron. Shame on you!
